Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged or leaking product.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product is expired or unfit for consumption upon delivery.
  • The product is missing from your order.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Replacement Policy

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

The decision will be made after reviewing the details and supporting evidence provided.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you encounter any issue with your order:

  1. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your Order Number.
  3. Share clear photographs of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label
  4. Briefly explain the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The amount will typically be credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), our support team will contact you to arrange the refund through an appropriate method.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Products

For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Products with tampered packaging after delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
